Take Responsibility for Yourself and Stopping Drinking Alcohol

by | Stop Drinking Alcohol | 2 comments

I wasn’t sure I would be able to get a video up for you today, but the internet in Andorra is fantastic, the veiws are great, and I couldn’t resist doing something while I was up here…

I was out of the door this morning just after six. There was just about enough light to make out where I was going and the temperature was a very nice 19 degrees celsius…

A great topic for this morning is the benefits of personal responsibility…and how it can be one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself…

I hope you enjoy the video… Now I’m going for a spa session with a deep muscle massage 🙂 What’s the key to eternal life? Loving the life you live!

Take care my friend.

Onwards and Upwards!

    Hi Kevin,

Great video as always! Love the angle of taking responsibility for the future.

Given it’s been 6 and a half years for you now without booze, do you mind still talking about it? I just wondered if it feels strange still doing videos about a relationship which ended for you what must feel like a different lifetime ago?

    Hi Kevin,
I quit 5/9/18 and it was a really hard slog. I remember watching your YouTube videos over and over during these hard times. I also remember the sugar cravings wow I ate some sugary treats in the beginning just shows you how much sugar is in alcohol! This common sense approach really helped me so thank you. I also read a book pretty sure recommended by you HOW TO CONTROL ALCOHOL which also changed my way of thinking about alcohol altogether. Life is now great I train every day, meditate, work less, eat well and spend quality time with the family. My happiness has never been so satisfying and I remember every single second. I could go on and on with the benefits I have experienced but just want to say a big thank you. Wish I had done this 10 years ago 🙂
    Thanks
    Greg
