      A day,an hour,a minute at a time Terry!!!keep busy when you feel like a drink.stick it out mate it gets easier every day.ive done it so this is no bullshit.ive tried controlling my intake many times.It does not work.stay off it and toss and turn tonight and the next night.that craving once your last horrible hangover is gone will lessen every day.All the best!!!!!!

    Great video again Kev. I never understand these wine experts making a ritual out of drinking poison. Sniffing it swirling the glass and making noises taste it to savour the bouquet lol. I wanted to sniff a boutique I would buy a bunch of flowers. Drink is the same no matter what the price its just the cheaper ones give a worse hangover
