    I keep listening to your videos. I’ve slowed down on drinking quite a bit. Just haven’t stopped completely. But really I’m not sure why I drink at all. My mind says no but then I find my self wanting another. What is it? Yea, you say don’t put it in your mouth. How do I fight the urge?
