At the end of the day, there’s no magic pills. If you want a change to happen in your life, you’ve got to make the change happen.

Nobody cares enough about you as you do about yourself. Just like Mahatma Gandhi said, if you want to see a change in the world, you’ve got to be that change. It’s not going to happen by itself. It takes a lot of effort, it takes a lot of thought, a lot of planning. Life is like you’re on a big roller coaster, there’s going to be some big ups as well as some downs.
