    I’ve just come out of Hospital after five days supervised withdrawal after
    a very bad seizure, scarey stuff. Always seek advice if the symptoms become
    worse. That’s Me and Alcohol finished I’m glad to say.

    Hi Kevin,

    I am two weeks sober after 17yrs of drinking I had a large fit which really
    scared me. I am so tired all the time but need to get my life back first day looking
    at your website and is such a good help long may the sobriety stay with me. John
