It’s a bit difficult to describe the exact feelings associated with quitting drinking alcohol. If I had to narrow it down to one single word, that word would be “Liberating”. In this video, I talk about some of the things that I had to go through and you might have to go through as well once you do quit drinking alcohol. I also talk about some of the fantastic life changes that can happen to you.

    Love your your work but need advise? Why is it I can give alchol and other thing for lent but when it comes other time during year I can’t do it more than 2 month and go back to routine. To many thing go tru my head at 2 month mark and dam I get bored. Please advise I plan continue after lent and plan one day to be Catholic deacon but If I can quit for good I will not try.

    Congratulations, Kevin, on 5 years of being alcohol free! I look back at the first video you made 5 years ago and the physicsl change is remarkable – you ;look as if you have found the elixir of youth! And it is clear that the changes don’t end with the physical. You are a shining example for the drink-free life.
