This is the second in three videos that looks at what my life may have looked without alcohol. In this video, I speak from a health perspective. I’m not just speaking about physical health, although it’s a fundamental personal cornerstone of everything else. I’m also talking about mental health or how something like allowing alcohol into your life can affect your whole outlook on life, your attitude, and ultimately your quality of life – especially your feelings of well-being. Facing the world is better that living in delusion.
