I have often heard people talking about our lives as being a spit in the bucket, or some other lovely term, for how short and insignificant our lives are…I say: if you want to look at your own life like that, be my guest. Me, I’m a born optimist. I look at my life through a lens of what can I do next? Having said that, I don’t want to waste my time. It’s not waiting around for me to get myself together.
