Stop Drinking Alcohol Week 18

This week I talk about my Father’s 80th birthday, bless him!

He’s getting on but still enjoys every moment of his life.

My whole family is descending on this quiet little Spanish town and there’s gonna be some ribbing when they find out I’m not drinking any more – oh well!

The more time that goes by, the further I get away from alcohol, the better I feel…. that’s what it’s all about.

I have my life back.

I can wake up every morning feeling fresh and rested.

I can look forward to tomorrow and plan for the future knowing that I’m gonna be in a good shape of mind to deal with things.

You never know what’s around the corner, but if anything bad comes along it won’t be self-inflicted.
