Quitting drinking alcohol is very simple… You simply don’t put the alcohol into your mouth. That’s the end of the story as far as the alcohol is concerned. It’s the alcohol drinking behaviour which takes the time to break down.
99.9% of breaking down this behaviour is about mastering your own thoughts, not the alcohol thoughts, your thoughts about what you are going to replace the alcohol with, why you’re replacing the alcohol, and so on.

You are an inspiration, thought you needed to know this, I’m really struggling with alcohol. I’m not drinking as much but it’s still there and I do struggle with in myself as you said, the thoughts will be there but what you do with them is what matters. The thoughts are so overwhelming that when I get up I wonder if I’ll drink. I need to just quit all together. Not just cut down. Thank you so much for your videos! They are helpful!
