In today’s video, I talk about how my diet has evolved since I quit drinking. I also talk about ketogenic diets and their dangers. I look at how some relationships can suffer once you stop drinking. I answer a question about living longer than the sun and the stars, a comment from the website, and how the idea of quitting drinking is about living a more quality life than aiming for quantity… Although that is a distinct possibility as well. Finally, I look at alcohol poisoning compared to other poisons.

Just listened to your podcast & you referenced the ketogenic diet. I must point out that our bodies have no need for us to eat anv carbohydrates(sugar). If you check into the actual science you may be surprised to find out that there is only 1 teaspoon of sugar circulating in our bloodstream & our body is capable of making what it needs without eating any!

You tell me to check out the science but provide non of your own. Unfortunately, there is no agreed ‘science’ to this. Plus there is a lot of vested interest ‘science’.

I’ve watched every one of your vids over these last 5 years and am eternally grateful for them. I’ve been off the poison 80 weeks now and I attribute much of it to you and bit to Alan Carr. Thank you! And, hope you resume posting new vids soon. Miss them 🙂
