by | Podcast | 1 comment

In today’s podcast, Podcast 16 – Too much/Too little, Productivity & Terrors, I talk about:

  • Looking for balance after you’ve quit drinking…
  • Having some patience and not making too many changes at once…
  • Looking out for yourself first… Seeking out information, but ultimately taking full responsibility for implementing that information…
  • How to get over being shy and feeling small without alcohol…
  • A proactive outlook for change…
  • How long did I drink, how much I drank, and what was my choice of alcohol?
  • Dreaming of drinking…
  • What about alcohol affecting your life when alcohol is still in your system?
  • Celebrities paying big money for rehab…
  • The positive take-out: the mind is the best cure and the biggest obstacle…!

Until next time…
Onwards and Upwards!

    Hi Kevin

I enjoyed that podcast much more than the last couple I think your better when your walking. Keep it up mate although the one you did the other day about find a way or make a way to quit drinking I had to switch it off because of the noise from the crickets (I think) in the background was drowning you out and giving me a headache. I’m really looking forward to finding out more about the mastermind group. I’ve slipped back into having the odd drinking session again recently but i’ve listened to you so much I can’t even enjoy feeling drunk anymore. You’ve opened my eyes and ruined the chances of me ever being able to hide away from my problems with alcohol again. I can see it for what it is and even if it takes me 100 times to quit for good I can never give up trying.
