    Thanks…. very nicely done Kevin. I need to listen to that a couple of times… And, you are right. I find a lot of reading helped me as well (as you commented) to keep the issue of not drinking foremost and in a positive light. “Physician … heal thyself” (no idea who said that … but I like it)

      Hi Kevin, keep going I have just listened to your entire podcast. I want to and am going to change my life!

      You’re comments regarding being ‘labelled ‘ and all of the negativity that are associated with drinking and the shame that I apply to myself are absolutely right!

      I want to inspire my boys, 19 & 16. I’m 44 and would be made up if I lived to 50! Thinking beyond that as you suggest is an absolute goal!

    This makes perfect sense to me. its the little voice inside that only you can hear; ur trying to explain what that is to a therapist verses listening to it and taking action to adjust to betterment. A challenge is tuning the poison thinking out to stay on course- a page of triggers and what worked to deter people in the moment would be like a reference page and very helpful!
