Quit Alcohol Cravings Do Not Last, Drinking Alcohol Damage Does

by | Stop Drinking Alcohol | 0 comments

When you are thinking about stopping using alcohol, one of the things you are told is that the cravings might be bad. Maybe you know someone who has gone through it before and they want to share the horror that they went though. First, the cravings are mostly mental. Yes, you might get some physical sensations that you don’t like, but you can amp those feelings up right there in your mind to levels where you’re unable to continue. This kind of falling apart thinking is fed by other people’s horror stories. Second, the cravings don’t last. You can push through them. You will come out the other side stronger for it.
