When you quit drinking, you are going to feel uncomfortable for a while. When you are this discomfort zone, there will be plenty of situations when, for one reason or another, you are going to feel awkward and out of place. What can you do about it?

I’d just like to ask if there is any chance you could put the information in print as well as the video i often read at night and can read faster than watch the video which would wake the kids up anyway!
