You are doing what I’ve been trying to do for years Kevin. Thanks so much for your videos. I’m on holiday for 2 weeks with my parents in Turkey. 4 days left to go. Started off here drinking as usual and 3 days ago decided to stop. I feel so much better already, more money, so much better sleeping and spending my valuable time here with my folks. When I go back I intend to put my flat in North London on the market and move up to the beautiful countryside of Staffordshire and work from home. Over the last decade I have built my debts from credit cards and loans just above £30k!! The only way I can sort my life out is to stop drinking once and for all and only I can do that for myself.

You are so right… The only person who can do anything about this is you… It’s a great time to stop drinking, while you are away on holidays… It gives you a chance to get through the first few days without the normal hassle of everyday life… Congratulations on your move into the sticks… Changing your environment can be one of the biggest game changers… Take care
