Today’s video is about being tired after you have stopped drinking alcohol. Some people just find that when they quit drinking they don’t get enough sleep. This is completely natural. Your alcohol habits are not built overnight and nor will they be deconstructed overnight. I talk a bit about my own struggle with sleep in the beginning, as well as tiredness. I talk about replacing the alcohol with sugary foods or drinks, how you sleep might be affected, and some suggestions about what you can do.
