Alcohol Free Beer and the Evolving Taste for Alcohol
Apologies for no videos last week. I have been studying hard for my final exam at the end of the first year in my degree program, which is happening next Monday. It’s the first exam in my life that I can say I’m looking forward to 🙂
I’ve also been working on the Habits Unplugged Program and Mastermind Group, getting everything working, making sure there are no hiccups, and I should be ready to launch sometime next week. I am very excited about this. I will let you know through the newsletter when it’s available and all the details of how you can take part.
Today’s video is about how long it takes to evolve the taste and the behaviour for alcohol. You know how everybody says that alcohol is an acquired taste? Well, it’s also an acquired behaviour. I talk about how long it took for my alcohol habit to take possession and how long it took for the reverse process.
I will have a video over on Habits Unplugged on Thursday. And, I hope to get back to normal with at least four videos a week on both sides from next week, or the week after at the latest.
Until next time…
Onwards and Upwards!
