Alcohol Is Not Your Friend Alcohol Is Your Enemy…

The topic of today’s video is looking at how alcohol affects your life, physically, mentally, spiritually,… Through every aspect of your life in fact… Now, it’s not that alcohol itself is a damaging substance for your body, it’s not. Your body is quite capable of handling small amounts of alcohol, it produces small amounts of alcohol as part of the digestive processes… But, the amount of alcohol that it takes to get drunk are super excessive. Your body has got nowhere near the capacity to deal with this. In the short-term, the damage can be mitigated through other physical elimination processes, through being young, or because every time you suffer the consequences of a hangover, your whole system is trying to tell you to stop through various pain mechanisms… But, we don’t listen… We have to get to the understanding that alcohol is not your friend.
